Refunds & Cancellations

1. Digital Goods Policy
Because SP Gaming Studio provides non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (in-game currency, cosmetic items, premium passes), we do not offer refunds once an order is accomplished and the product is delivered.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We realize that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we may honor requests for a refund on the following reasons:
- Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mailing or payment system, you do not receive a delivery e-mail or the items are not credited to your account.
- Major defects: If there is a major defect with a purchased item that prevents it from being used as intended.
